An opportunity is available for an experienced Property Claims Consultant
to manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of a property claims portfolio
• Liaising with brokers, insurers, repairers and assessors
• Managing claim investigations, coverage and settlements
• Interpreting policy wordings and providing advice to clients
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
• Monitoring claim progress and ensuring timely outcomes
About You
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in property claims (brokerage highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio
• Confident decision-maker with strong attention to detail
• Tier 2 qualification preferred
