An exciting opportunity to join a growing and collaborative claims team, managing a diverse portfolio of public liability claims from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients while working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of public liability claims end‑to‑end
- Apply claims policies, procedures, and best‑practice standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and client‑focused outcomes
- Liaise with insurers, legal representatives, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Proactively manage claims strategy, reserves, and timelines
- Proven public liability or casualty claims experience (from an insurer or private practice)
- Legal qualification (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship‑management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound commercial decisions
- Salary - $90 - 100k + Super + 10% bonus
