About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will support Account Managers and Team Leaders while managing your own portfolio and building client relationships. This is a fast-paced and varied role offering excellent exposure across broking activities and client engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of SME or domestic clients
- Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of currency
- Assisting in the preparation of renewal reports, submissions, and insurance recommendations
- Liaising with insurers and clients to handle day-to-day enquiries and negotiations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities to support portfolio growth
- Supporting claims coordination to achieve positive client outcomes
- Mentoring junior team members and broking support staff
- Assisting with workflow coordination, debtor management, and maintaining service standards
There may also be opportunities to attend client meetings alongside brokers, helping to build your confidence and exposure in client-facing situations.
About You
You are a motivated and capable insurance professional with a solid foundation in broking, ready to take the next step in your career.

You will demonstrate:
- 3–4 years’ experience in insurance broking, ideally across SME or domestic portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge of general insurance products and processes
- Ability to manage client servicing and insurer relationships with increasing independence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of outcomes
- Confidence supporting or mentoring junior team members
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
