Join a growing Emergency Assistance and Large Loss Travel Claims team as a Senior Claims Officer. You’ll manage complex travel insurance claims end‑to‑end, assess coverage in line with GICOP, support escalations, and mentor junior team members. Paid out‑of‑hours emergency approval roster included.

- 90k + super pending experience + bonuses
- Managing and processing own portfolio of major loss travel claims from end to end
- Assisting Claims team in providing best possible customer service
- Complaints resolution handling
- Registering claims information and answering policy queries.
- Annual remuneration reviews.
- 3+ years travel claims experience is essential
- Emergency assistance experience is ideal but not a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
