- Strong communication skills

- Oversee the complete management of strata claims for both residential and commercial properties
- Manage inbound calls and offer support to various stakeholders, including brokers, strata managers, internal technical teams, assessors, and security providers
- Assess situations and handle complaints with professionalism
- Prepare formal responses, make decisions on claims, and process payments
