As a Major Loss Technical Claims Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Act as a technical referral point for any complex major loss commercial property claim
- Coach and mentor technical specialists within the team
- Liaise with panel lawyers regarding litigated matters
- Work autonomously as well as within a team
- Extensive experience managing high end/complex commercial property claims
- ISR experience is essential
- Ability to use initiative to streamline processes
- Legal qualification is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
