About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of strata and residential body corporate clients
- Provide advice across strata insurance policies including property, liability, catastrophe and associated covers
- Work closely with strata managers, owners corporations and underwriters
- Prepare renewals, endorsements and policy documentation
- Handle client queries and claims support with a high level of service
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships
- Experience in strata insurance or commercial insurance with exposure to strata
- Strong understanding of strata risks and policy structures
- Tier 1 qualification (or working towards)
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a client-first approach
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
