You will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of strata clients, overseeing renewals, servicing policies and providing professional advice while working closely with internal support staff and underwriters.
About the Role
As an Account Executive – Strata , you will manage a large portfolio of strata policies, handling renewals, policy servicing and client relationships. You will work closely with strata managers, underwriters and internal support teams to ensure clients receive efficient, compliant and high-quality broking support.
Administrative support is provided to assist with obtaining quotations, allowing you to focus on client management and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strata insurance policies including renewals, endorsements and policy servicing
- Coordinate renewal activity and negotiate terms with insurers
- Maintain strong relationships with strata managers, clients and underwriters
- Provide professional advice on insurance coverage and risk management
- Gather underwriting information and present renewal recommendations to clients
- Ensure all policies, documentation and invoices are processed accurately and on time
- Monitor portfolio performance and support retention of existing clients
- Stay informed of insurance market developments and changes affecting strata risks
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal broking processes
- Minimum 2 years’ insurance broking experience , ideally within property or strata insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy wordings and insurer markets
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and renewal cycle
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced broking environment
- Tier 1 RG146 Insurance Broking qualification (mandatory)

- Hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
