This is a hands-on, client-facing role
with full ownership of your portfolio — ideal for a broker who enjoys relationship management, autonomy, and driving growth.
The Role
You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for a client portfolio, including renewals, new business, endorsements and claims coordination, while building strong relationships with clients and insurers.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing and growing an existing SME/commercial portfolio
• Building strong, long-term client relationships (face-to-face focus)
• Driving retention and identifying new business opportunities
• Working closely with insurers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting claims and delivering tailored risk solutions
• Managing portfolio performance, reporting and debtors
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as an Account Manager or Broker
• Strong knowledge across general insurance products
• Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Tier 1 Broking qualification (essential)
