We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Select division, supporting a busy Brokerage team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and being part of a collaborative team.
About the Role As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the brokerage team, ensuring client requests are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and client service tasks while helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing reports and managing workflow approvals
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone and email enquiries
  • Investigating billing queries and processing account corrections
  • Managing dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, including follow-up actions
  • Supporting brokers with policy servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations
  • Maintaining accurate client and policy data
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience handling customer complaints or complex enquiries, ideally within insurance, banking, financial services, or a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Confidence working across phone, email, and administration systems
  • Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential
