Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client correspondence, applications, mail, scanning and filing
- Preparing documents, reports and lodgements for advisers and clients
- Maintaining and updating client records across multiple platforms (APS, Class Super, BGL, CAS 360, ATO portal etc.)
- Assisting with SMSF administration, corporate secretarial tasks and investment applications
- Supporting workflow management, accounts processing, invoicing, and compliance packages
- Liaising with clients, advisers, fund managers, and government bodies with professionalism
- Minimum 1 year administration/clerical experience (professional services desirable)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence with technology
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
- A collaborative, positive team player with initiative and problem-solving ability
