The Role
- Execute company secretarial duties including new company setups and ASIC compliance.
- Manage lodgments and reporting requirements through various ATO portals.
- Coordinate practice management processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide high-level administrative support to Managing Directors and the wider team.
- Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication.
- Utilize Xero and CAS360 systems to maintain accurate business records.
- Support the office manager in delivering consistent administrative services across the practice.
- Minimum 18 months of experience within a professional administration or accounting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with a proactive and flexible mindset.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience using XERO or direct exposure to accounting practice workflows.
