A leading investment services firm is hiring an Advisor, Client Services to support advisers and investors across a busy platform environment. You will be the first point of contact for queries and the go to for resolving issues and guiding clients through processes.
The Role
As an Advisor, Client Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Frontline support via phone, email and secure messages for advisers and investors
- Troubleshooting and resolving account issues, investigating exceptions and actioning escalations
- Explaining products, policies and processes in plain English, without giving personal advice
- Processing requests such as onboarding, updates, checks and tasking to back office teams
- Capturing feedback, suggesting improvements and helping to refine guides and workflows
- Cross training, assisting new team members and covering different queues as needed
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 2 to 3+ years in financial services, ideally superannuation, investments or adviser platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain investment concepts simply
- Experience handling complex claims or transactions, investigations and escalations
- High attention to detail, accurate record keeping and comfort with fast paced workloads
- RG146 or willingness to complete it, plus confidence learning new systems quickly
