About the Role
My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Manager to join a high-performing Distribution and Marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy, steer critical initiatives, and help shape the future of a business with significant momentum and a growing market presence.
As a trusted partner to leadership, you will:
- Drive a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring team members, enabling capability growth and collaboration
- Work with the distribution and marketing teams to generate leads through various channels such as marketing campaigns, referrals, and networks
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads through various stages of the sales process
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the correct criteria
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, preparing regular reports
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects and initiatives across the distribution and marketing functions
- Support operational effectiveness with a clear view of major deliverables and timelines
- Place customer care and insight at the core of every strategic decision
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in both thought and practice
