- 2 years experience managing property and motor claims. Brokerage setting experience favoured, commercial property insurance claims preferred.
- Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position.
- Manage complex motor and property claims for a national brokerage.
- Apply claims policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Liaise and manage various stakeholders.
