- 2 years minimum experience managing commercial motor claims
- Open to candidates who have commercial property claims experience also
- Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position
- Manage a portfolio of commercial claims, including property and motor claims within a brokerage setting
- Apply claims policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Liaise and manage various stakeholders
