- Manage a team of Claims Executives in the commercial claims space
- Manage day to day operations as well as being a technical referral for the team
- Stakeholder management and liaising with clients
- Prioritising and making sure the team meet deadlines
- Extensive experience in commercial claims space
- Experience managing ISR, Business Pack, Financial Lines or Management Liability claims is ideal
- Experience in a management role
- Professionally presented
- Most importantly, you should have a strong service ethic with a keen desire to build a career in this space
