Your Role:
- Support the Senior Client Manager in servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mid-market clients across various industries.
- Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Act as a key contact for client queries, providing expert guidance and support on insurance products and coverage.
- Prepare client documentation including quotes, proposals, and renewal reports.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value and support retention and growth strategies.
- Must be Tier 1 qualified in general insurance
- Experience in general insurance, ideally in a broking, underwriting, or client service role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in insurance systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
