- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries
 - Provide expert advice on insurance programs, risk management, and renewals
 - Build strong client and insurer relationships through proactive, solution-focused service
 - Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling within the group
 - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
 
We’re looking for someone who combines technical insurance knowledge with a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for client service.

- Experience in commercial insurance broking (SME or mid-market level ideal)
 - Strong relationship management and communication skills

 - Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
