The Opportunity
Working within a collaborative and professional environment, you'll support a team of Advisers across client services, administration, operations, and office coordination functions.
This is a varied role that combines Client Services Administration with Office Management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person within a smaller, close-knit office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the key Office Manager for the Brisbane office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Providing technical and administrative support to Advisers
- Assisting with client onboarding and account opening processes
- Preparing and supporting formal advice documentation, including Statements of Advice (SOAs)
- Managing client requests and assisting with client meetings
- Placing client investment and transaction orders when required
- Coordinating office administration, facilities, supplier relationships, and general office operations
- Supporting communication and administrative coordination with interstate offices
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of attention to detail across all tasks

- Salary package up to $110K

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Client Services, Team Assistant, or Business Support role within financial services, super, banking or wealth management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- A collaborative, team-first approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence working across systems and technology platforms
- A self-driven and proactive mindset
- Relevant qualifications in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
