An excellent opportunity for someone with 12+ months' experience in financial services who is looking to build their expertise in client services, operations, payments and debt markets administration.

The Opportunity
As a Client Services Officer , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and payment functions within a busy client services team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure transactions are processed accurately, compliance requirements are met and service levels are consistently maintained. 
This role offers exposure to a specialised area of financial services and provides excellent opportunities for learning, development, and career progression.

  • Key Responsibilitie

  • Process and execute payment instructions within agreed service levels and deadlines
  • Maintain operational relationships with assigned clients and trusts
  • Support invoicing, billing, and obligation management activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and risk frameworks
  • Assist with client management and stakeholder liaison
  • Maintain accurate records, filing and archiving processes
  • Complete internal control and compliance checklists
  • Develop a strong understanding of systems and processes used within the team
  • Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide support and backup assistance to other team members as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience within financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • A collaborative team-focused approach
  • Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential
