About the Role We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Broker with a strong business development mindset to drive new client acquisition and manage a growing portfolio of commercial clients across various industries.
You’ll have the autonomy to build your own book, backed by a well-established brand, internal support, and a market-leading incentive structure designed to reward success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial clients
  • Provide strategic advice and tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships with a focus on long-term value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay ahead of market trends and product developments to deliver competitive solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial broking 
  • A strong background in business development and sales
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Tier 1 in Insurance Broking, RG146, or industry-specific certs)
