Lead a high-performing team of Claims Consultants in the Commercial Property space. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, provide technical guidance, and drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of experienced Claims Consultants
- Oversee day-to-day operations and act as a technical referral point
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
- Identify and manage disputes and litigation matters
- Step in to handle claims when required
- Proven experience in Commercial Property Claims, ideally within major loss
- Previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Professional, confident, and service-driven
- Passionate about building a long-term career in claims management
- Excellent remuneration of up to $130k + Super + Bonus
