Key Responsibilities
- Manage the compliance framework and AFSL obligations.
- Lead regulatory reporting, audits, incidents and breach management.
- Review marketing materials and provide compliance advice.
- Maintain key registers and oversee DDO requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business and regulators.
- 5+ years' compliance experience in insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of ASIC requirements and AFSL compliance.
- Degree qualified in Law, Commerce, Finance or related field.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Senior standalone role with executive exposure.
- Broad scope and genuine influence.
- Flexible, collaborative and high-performing environment.
- WFH 2 days each week.
- Competitive salary up to $150,000 + Super + annual bonus offered.
