About the Role
As a Conveyancer , you’ll manage residential property transactions from start to finish, from preparing contracts to final settlement. You’ll work alongside a friendly group of lawyers and conveyancers who pride themselves on professionalism, accuracy and client care.
Your focus will be to ensure every client enjoys a smooth, stress‑free experience while maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation for quality service.
Your Day to Day Will Include
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement and post‑settlement lodgements.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale , Form 1s , vendor statements and all supporting documentation.
- Conducting title and property searches and identifying any risks or discrepancies.
- Liaising with clients, agents, bankers, and solicitors with warmth and confidence.
- Coordinating electronic settlements via PEXA and ensuring compliance with VOI and AML/CTF requirements.
- Maintaining accurate file management while contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Previous experience in conveyancing within a law firm or licensed conveyancer setting.
- Strong working knowledge of South Australian property law and settlement procedures.
- Exceptional communication and people skills – you enjoy client contact and can explain complex details clearly.
- Fantastic attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple files without missing a beat.
- Confidence with PEXA , DLP , and electronic conveyancing systems.
- Experience across property development or commercial matters.
