About the Company

A well-established organisation within the financial services sector, currently undergoing significant digital transformation. The business operates from a modern office in Sydney CBD and prides itself on delivering high-quality digital experiences for its member networks.

With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, the team is currently enhancing its core digital platform and requires a skilled Digital Content Specialist to support content management, website optimisation, and a major content migration project sitting in part of a wonderful marketing team.

About the Role

In this immediate start temp role, expected to run for around 6 months with strong potential to extend, you will support the management and optimisation of the company’s member website. The role focuses on overseeing digital content, improving user experience, and assisting with the migration of content onto the platform.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Publishing and updating digital content and web pages within the CMS
  • Ensuring all website content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
  • Identifying and resolving content issues and technical usability challenges
  • Liaising with developers and digital teams to address system improvements
  • Supporting the migration of content from an existing website into the new platform
  • Assisting with reporting on platform usage, performance, and engagement
Salary: $50–60 + super per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Sydney CBD
Flexibility: Some WFH flexibility available after training

About You
  • Proven experience in digital content management or digital communications roles
  • Ability to manage and publish complex website content
  • Experience working with developers or digital agencies
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Understanding of digital media trends and website user experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics as a website platform is highly desirable
  • HTML knowledge or basic understanding highly desirable too
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams
