The Company
A respected Melbourne organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner closely with a senior leader in a fast-moving corporate environment. You will be the point of coordination for meetings, information and priorities, helping the executive stay focused on high-value work.

The Role
  • As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactive diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, agendas and minutes
  • Domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas, accommodation and expenses
  • Preparing documents, presentations and reports, maintaining version control and confidentiality
  • Stakeholder liaison across internal teams, clients and external partners
  • Managing actions and follow ups, tracking deadlines and preparing the executive for key meetings
  • Event and workshop support, logistics and room coordination
  • General administration, purchase orders, invoice processing and records management
You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting supporting senior leadership
  • Advanced MS Office skills, strong writing and formatting, fast and accurate typing
  • Excellent judgement, discretion with sensitive information and a calm approach under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder skills, clear communication and a service mindset
  • High attention to detail, solid time management and the ability to anticipate needs
