What We're Looking For
- Experience within insurance broking, underwriting or the wider general insurance industry
- Proven leadership, business development and strategic management experience for senior appointments
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience managing client portfolios, developing business opportunities or leading high-performing teams
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Entry-level general insurance or customer service experience for junior broking opportunities
- A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service and business growth
