The Role
Based out of modern Sydney CBD offices, the Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership to deliver people strategies that support business goals and drive organisational effectiveness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges while driving employee engagement and organisational growth.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy
- Leading organisational change projects, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Driving performance management and employee development frameworks
- Coaching and guiding managers on leadership and people practices
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations matters
- Ensuring compliance with HR legislation, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent HR service delivery
- Overseeing talent acquisition strategies to support workforce growth
- Leading or supporting large-scale HR projects and initiative
To be successful, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in HR Business Partner or Senior HR roles within professional services or a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and employment law in the Australian market
- Experience managing organisational change and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach, advise, and build strong business relationships at Executive level
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals
- Experience with payroll processes, benefits, and immigration matters desirable
