The Role
This is a highly operational HR role focused on execution, systems ownership, and data accuracy. You will own core HR processes across the employee lifecycle and act as the sole operator of the HRIS. This is not an advisory or ER-focused position.
As the business continues to grow, this role will be the standalone HR Operations function, with responsibility for maintaining, building out and improving the HRIS and associated processes.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts, variations, change letters, and termination documentation
- Maintaining the people database and employee records
- Sole ownership and administration of the HRIS, including system setup and ongoing enhancement
- Ensuring HR data accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency
- Graduate or 1–2 years’ experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
- Some experience supporting employment contracts, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems
- HR degree or equivalent qualification
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work effectively across the business
- Able to work independently while supporting end‑to‑end HR processes
- Developing systems capability, particularly across HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite
