My client is seeking a Workers Compensation Injury Management Advisor to join their team. They are seeking someone who is able to contribute to a high performing environment, provide advice to Claims Handlers and support with complex Workers Compensation claims.
About the Role:
- Advise & support the Claims Team with Injury Management advice
- Recognise skill gaps & deliver coaching and training
- Take part in regular case conferencing with internal stakeholders
- Provide advice & strategies to internal stakeholders/business partners
- Assist with early intervention initiatives
- Manage external treatment and Rehabilitation Providers
- Be imaginative: Continuously think of more efficient ways to do things

- Tertiary qualified in an Allied Health discipline
- Prior experience in the workers compensation space would be advantageous.
- 2+ years Clinical experience
- Ability to identify developmental needs of team members and recommend training activities to achieve positive outcomes.
