The Role
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound inquiries from provided warm leads.
- Consult with clients to compare life insurance products using proprietary software.
- Provide compliant general advice recommendations across five major Australian insurers.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales while meeting monthly revenue and quality targets.
- Oversee the full client lifecycle from initial contact through to policy completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within a highly regulated financial environment.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and quality assurance teams to streamline applications.
- Minimum one year of experience in a sales or results-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage a large pipeline of prospects with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to work effectively toward performance KPIs.
- Experience within life insurance, superannuation, or broader financial services.
