This is not cold calling. You will speak with customers who have already completed an online comparison and requested a call back. Your role is to guide them through their options, provide general advice and convert conversations into compliant policy sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing warm inbound and outbound enquiries
• Consulting with customers to compare life insurance products
• Following structured scripts and compliance processes
• Achieving monthly revenue and quality targets
• Managing your own client pipeline and administration
- Confident and engaging phone manner
• Experience in sales, contact centre, retention or membership sales
• Strong work ethic and resilience
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
• Motivated by performance and progression
