This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business. You’ll act as the right hand to both CEOs, providing high-level executive and personal support, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day schedules and commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary & Email Management
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on meetings (internal & external), including board and client meetings.
  • Travel & Logistics: Book national and international travel, accommodation, and create detailed itineraries.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage ad-hoc personal tasks including errands, household admin, or family scheduling where required.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders, often representing them in their absence.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, event planning, and confidential tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in administration, support, team assistance within the corporate field preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced, professional services environments (insurance, finance, legal, etc. a plus)
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and act with initiative
  • Confident managing multiple priorities with grace and efficiency
  • Tech-savvy – confident with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern scheduling tools
