- Act as the first Liability Claims Specialist within the organisation.
- Manage a portfolio of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity claims from end to end.
- Support the growth and development of the claims team.
- Conduct timely investigations to assess liability and damages.
- Provide guidance and support to policyholders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Demonstrated experience managing Public Liability claims from end to end.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in within a team.
