As a Strata Broker, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of strata clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and underwriters to deliver tailored insurance solutions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strata clients with a focus on retention and service excellence
- Prepare and present renewal documents, quotes, and policy recommendations
- Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and ensure competitive offerings
- Respond to client queries and provide expert guidance on strata policies
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage or cross-sell additional services
- 5 years previous experience in strata broking (or property-related general insurance)
- Tier 1 qualified
