- Manage a portfolio of complex commercial motor claims end to end
- Be a technical referral point for more junior members in the team
- Stakeholder management and liaising with clients
- Prioritising and working to deadlines
- Identifying any disputes and/or litigation's
- Providing support and advising policy holders accordingly
- Experience in managing commercial motor claims from end to end
- Insurance related qualifications will be highly regarded, not essential
