The Role
- Lead the detailed design, implementation, and coordination of risk capability development initiatives across an enterprise-wide program.
- Build robust processes, procedures, and ways of working to effectively govern solution delivery and reporting.
- Curate a tailored, multimodal suite of capability solutions including digital learning, workshops, and accreditations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, communications strategies, and supporting artifacts to govern the rollout.
- Facilitate engaging internal learning events such as masterclasses, workshops, and communities of practice.
- Design, develop, and meticulously administer periodic Risk Capability Assessments to evaluate competence across the fund.
- Engage and manage external vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of specialized capability solutions.
- Produce ongoing, detailed reporting on progress against deliverables for senior project and business stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of senior learning and development experience with a strong application of adult learning principles.
- Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating multimodal learning solutions at scale for over 1,000 learners.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the proven ability to confidently influence and engage stakeholders up to the executive level.
- Highly organized professional demonstrating strong project discipline, vendor management capabilities, and strategic foresight.
- Secure a lucrative 3-month contract offering $950 to $1100 per day plus superannuation.
- Take ownership of a highly visible, board-level program that directly impacts enterprise-wide risk excellence.
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid model requiring only one anchor day per week in either a Melbourne or Sydney CBD office.
