The Role
- Execute end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 850 employees across fortnightly and monthly cycles.
- Audit and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy before final processing through a managed service model.
- Coordinate with external partners and ADP to review output and resolve complex payroll inquiries.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle within the payroll system, including onboarding and terminations.
- Partner with internal accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate general ledger reporting and compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end payroll within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a managed service model using ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Strong attention to detail with experience reconciling complex data across integrated systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with senior executives.
- Previous experience assisting with payroll insourcing or system transition projects.
- Secure a long-term contract that offers a high likelihood of conversion to a permanent headcount.
