About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will help design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet business needs. Working closely with senior leaders, you will:
- Develop and deliver innovative sourcing strategies using data analytics and market insights
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coaching leaders to provide a best in class candidate experience
- Create and implement diversity and inclusion-focused sourcing strategies to build a broad talent pipeline
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Identify and facilitate redeployment opportunities for internal talent
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation at external events
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Workday for recruitment and talent management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leadership teams
- Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies highly preferred
- Ability to leverage data and insights to optimise recruitment decisions
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
