This short-term, 4-month Talent Acquisition role offers the chance to contribute to end-to-end recruitment and deliver an exceptional employee experience that drives engagement and supports strategic goals.

About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will help design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet business needs. Working closely with senior leaders, you will:
  • Develop and deliver innovative sourcing strategies using data analytics and market insights
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coaching leaders to provide a best in class candidate experience
  • Create and implement diversity and inclusion-focused sourcing strategies to build a broad talent pipeline
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Identify and facilitate redeployment opportunities for internal talent
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation at external events
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with Workday for recruitment and talent management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leadership teams
  • Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies highly preferred
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to optimise recruitment decisions
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
