We’re looking for a proactive and organised Team Assistant to support a dynamic Corporate Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated to grow their administrative skills and gain exposure to financial services in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Role
- Provide high-level administrative support to five Senior Directors and their teams
- Manage diaries, filing systems, client contact lists, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, catering, and document preparation
- Assist with internal and external events, travel arrangements, and client entertainment
- Prepare and distribute Committee and Board papers; take minutes as required
- Reconcile team expenses and support other business management processes
- Ensure meeting rooms, stationery, and materials are ready and organised

Sydney CBD- short walk from Martin Place Station
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 package
Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5pm) - Flexibility to Work From Home (WFH) 2 days
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Confident, professional, and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, or similar role is highly valued
