About the Company: 

My client is seeking a Workers Compensation Technical Advisor to join their team. They are seeking someone who is able to contribute to a high performing environment, provide advice to Claims Handlers and support with complex Workers Compensation claims.  

About the Role:
  • Assist in driving performance of the team that delivers results against the business strategy and financial targets
  • Provide specialist technical advice for the approval of complex claims involving analysis and experience for the correct action
  • Manage day to day workflow; resources, productivity and efficiency, ensuring performance objectives
  • Build quality relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
About You: 
  • Prior experience working as a Technical Advisor within the Workers Compensation space. 
  • Demonstrated experience in claims management, personal injury claims or an associated field
  • Minimum 3+ years in Workers Compensation
