What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting underwriters with the preparation, processing, and administration of new and renewal business.
- Managing data entry, documentation, and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaising with brokers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely flow of information.
- Conducting research and gathering information to support underwriting decisions.
- Supporting the team with reporting, pipeline management, and general administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a related administrative role (commercial lines preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
