Grace joined Kennedy Reid in September of 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant. A couple of years later, Grace moved into a Practice Leader role within the Life Insurance team and ultimately became the Director of Professional Services, managing over six practices across the business. Seven years later, when she started as a Junior Consultant, Grace is now the Managing Director at Kennedy Reid.

Stuart is currently the Director of Kennedy Reid. In this role, he is responsible for the company's development and growth.

Stuart has worked in the recruitment industry since 1993 and has focused primarily on Financial Services recruitment, including the Financial Markets and Insurance Markets.
