Grace Gilmore joined Kennedy Reid in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant and quickly stood out for her commitment and drive. Over the years, she has progressed through a series of leadership roles, first as Practice Leader within the Life Insurance team, then Director of Professional Services, and now as Managing Director. In her current role, Grace leads the company’s strategic direction and oversees all core functions.
Before entering the recruitment industry, Grace built a solid foundation in the insurance sector as a Senior Sales Consultant. This hands-on experience gave her a nuanced understanding of the industry, knowledge she continues to apply.
Grace holds an Honours degree in Business Studies and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to leadership. She is passionate about building a culture where people grow together, challenging norms, seeking understanding, and always making it count.
A true believer in wellbeing as a driver of performance, Grace lives out Kennedy Reid’s values daily. Whether it’s her consistent fitness routine, her drive to create meaningful impact, or her energy in leading the team, she is committed to making every moment matter.
