Kelli Bates

Kelli began her career in hospitality, working and travelling the world with major cruise lines including Princess Cruises, Carnival Corporation, and P&O Cruises. After an extended working holiday in the UK, including a stint at investment bank UBS, she returned to Australia in 2005, bringing with her a global perspective and strong operational foundation.

Her recruitment journey began in junior consulting roles with FreeSpirit and Clements Recruitment before she joined Ambition Recruitment, where she spent six years honing her skills in administration and operations.

Kelli became part of the Profusion team in 2014 and, advanced her career as Operations Manger for the Profusion Group (Profusion and Kennedy Reid) in 2023. As Operations Manager, she plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly, combining process expertise with an unwavering commitment to efficiency, service, and team culture.

Fun fact: Kelli is obsessed with all things '80s, especially the music and movies. She loves to combine the two on her Spotify playlist (which she boldly claims that everyone in the office loves).
