Nikki joined Kennedy Reid in July 2025 as an Associate Director, bringing over 15 years of recruitment experience and a remarkable track record of placing professionals in roles across New South Wales.
She began her career with a global recruitment firm specialising in Accounting and Finance, where she quickly discovered her passion for connecting top talent with industry-leading clients. Nikki has also worked in recruitment across various sectors, including Wealth Management, Professional Services, Private Equity, Manufacturing, Industrial, FMCG, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
In her current role, Nikki focuses on recruiting for Business Support positions in New South Wales, covering temporary, contract, and permanent placements. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their strategic growth objectives by providing honest advice, well-informed market insights and delivering recruitment solutions that support long-term success.
