The Role 
 
We are seeking a Client Manager to join a Global & Corporate Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for large clients. With offices across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
 
The Client Manager is responsible for providing service for a key portfolio of construction clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on retention of the portfolio. 
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across the construction industy. 
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
• Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
• Mentorship and development of team members within the region

About you:
 
This position will suit someone with the following experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of Insurance broking experience
• Ideally experience with Construction clients
• Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products
• Tier 1 Qualification
