Job description

Our Client is an Insurance company that specialise in the medical and professional indemnity space. They are Australian owned and growing at an incredibly fast paced, with many exciting opportunities arising in the horizon.

They are expanding their Sydney team and looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join!

The Role:
  • Managing a small team of customer service advisors 
  • Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
  • Scheduling Service calls 
  • Ensure all Systems are accurately updated
  • Implementing & managing changing processes within the business
  • Liaising with the various internal & external departments and stakeholders 
  • Training and mentoring team
  • Recruitment and selection for the team as required
  • Salary: $110-120K + Super 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:30am to 5:00pm (37.5 hour week)
You:
  • 3+ years experience managing/supervising a team in the insurance field is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to relocate to Adelaide to complete training (could be between 2-3 months) all expenses paid. 
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen 
  • A passion to learn, with the drive to grow and progress
