The Role

- Evaluate risks and set appropriate terms for new and existing policies
- Processing of new business, endorsements and renewals and the associated administration tasks
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers
- Play a vital role in executing the company's strategic plan through effective underwriting practices
- Demonstrated expertise in financial lines underwriting, broking, or a related field
- Proven ability to think critically, propose improvements, and drive positive change
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
